I knew, from last year's experience, that Black@INBOUND would be my "home base" at the conference. There's a welcoming, joyful and community-centric feel to the space and the people who inhabit it. Having access to incredible speakers, like Arlan Hamilton in an intimate setting, for many of us trying to establish our businesses and overcome countless obstacles, is priceless.
I had no idea that this activation was there and it was perfect. It gave me the sense of unapologetically belonging.
It's always great to go to tech conferences and see people who look like me there, so to have a space dedicated to that at one of the largest marketing conferences has truly been inspiring.
